The one-page project map
- The people: Who uses the current process? Who in Serbia approves content, policy, payments or operations?
- The task: What are they trying to complete, and where does it slow down, break or become uncertain?
- The Serbia connection: Is the organisation registered in Serbia, serving Serbian customers, employing a Serbia team, partnering locally, or operating across several countries?
- The languages and scripts: Is the system English, Serbian Latin, Serbian Cyrillic or a managed combination? Who reviews the words?
- The information: What personal, commercial or internal data enters? Which outside systems receive it?
- The money: Are prices, checkout, subscriptions, refunds or payments involved? Which provider and contracting entity are expected?
- The evidence: What observable result would show the first release improved the situation?
- The timing: Is there a real deadline, dependency or event? Which decisions are still unknown?
