Remote delivery ledger

Every handoff needs an owner and a receipt.

Faith Forge Labs operates from the United States. Serbia projects work when the cross-border arrangement is explicit: who decides locally, who builds, when live overlap is needed and what evidence proves the release.

Working rhythm

Use asynchronous evidence; reserve meetings for decisions.

A shared written record handles requirements, progress, test results and open questions. Live overlap is used for discovery, difficult tradeoffs, acceptance and incidents—not for reading status aloud. The exact working hours are agreed for the engagement because daylight-saving changes can affect the gap between Serbia and the United States.

Serbian-language approval stays with a fluent, authorised reviewer chosen by the client unless a separate professional language service is explicitly contracted. Faith Forge Labs can implement the content system and repair technical encoding or layout problems, but does not certify a translation.

Evidence pack

A practical handoff should leave the receiving team able to understand what exists, verify it and recover it.

SYSTEM

Source and architecture

Repository location, environments, dependencies, hosting layout, integration inventory and the current deployment procedure.

PROOF

Tests and release record

Automated results, manual acceptance, accessibility checks, known exceptions, monitoring and the exact released version.

OWNERSHIP

Accounts and decisions

Which organisation owns each account, who has administrative access, renewal responsibilities and where future decisions are recorded.
