Understand what happens today

Walk through one request, order or approval, including messages, documents, existing applications and the informal steps staff use to keep it moving.

Agree the work and reviewers

Choose a focused first release. Identify who approves business rules, Serbian content, data handling, provider use and launch, and write examples that show the result you expect.

Review and test

Use short written updates and demonstrations at agreed times. Test permissions, missing information, Serbian characters, repeated requests, interrupted connections and outside-service delays where they affect the task.

Launch and hand over

Verify the production task and record known limits. Agree the source code, account ownership, operating instructions, recovery steps and support included in the handover.

Project communication normally takes place in English. Meeting and response hours are agreed for the engagement. Discuss a workable plan.
