Language and use
Choose Serbian Latin, Serbian Cyrillic, English or a deliberate combination. Then test names, diacritics, address fields, search terms and editorial ownership with real content.

Faith Forge Labs designs and builds websites, internal software, automations and AI-enabled tools for Serbia-connected organisations. This atlas shows what must be decided before code: script, language, people, personal data, payments, ownership, support and the reality of delivery from the United States.
Every useful build starts by locating the real constraints.
A Serbia project does not become local merely by adding a flag or translating a heading. These are the four areas we map with the people who actually operate the service.

Open the market briefIdentify what personal data enters the system, why it is needed, who receives it, where it is stored, how long it remains and who answers a rights request.
Map the data pathSeparate a normal website checkout from regulated payment-service activity. Document price display, provider coverage, authentication, settlement, refunds and support.
Review commerce choicesWrite down who makes decisions in Serbia, who owns the build in the US, what must overlap live, and what evidence closes each release.
See the delivery ledgerThe planning pages link to Serbia's public authorities for business registration, statistics, data protection, eGovernment and payment infrastructure. Rules are rechecked for each engagement.
Use the source deskLogan Pendragon handles discovery, implementation, testing and technical handoff. AI may accelerate analysis, but it does not certify legal conclusions or translations.
Meet the delivery modelProjects are scoped around an operating problem, not a generic technology list. The useful question is what must change for a person, a team or a customer after the system ships.
Clear information architecture, multilingual content systems, accessible interfaces, performance work, technical SEO and maintainable publishing workflows.
Intake, approvals, document handling, customer communication, dashboards and connections between systems that currently require duplicate manual work.
Search, summarisation, drafting and structured assistance with explicit human review, source boundaries, data controls and a fallback when the model is uncertain.
Current public evidence
The Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia tracks business internet, website, e-commerce, eGovernment, social-network and AI use. The Office for IT and eGovernment describes eUprava as the central point for electronic public administration services. The National Bank of Serbia operates domestic payment infrastructure, including instant payments. Those facts shape useful discovery questions; they do not prove that one solution fits every Serbian organisation.
