Help more people finish the task.
Find the loading delays, confusing controls and form problems that make a useful website harder to use.
Choose a journey to measure
A homepage score cannot explain every problem in a product search or enquiry form. We select representative routes and interactions, then inspect loading, content stability, keyboard use, labels and errors. The review connects a technical finding to the step it prevents a visitor completing.
Improvements may include image handling, page delivery, clearer form feedback, focus behaviour, heading structure and responsive layout. We prioritise changes against the real audience and the constraints of the existing platform rather than promising a universal score.
Use language and content that stress the layout
Long Serbian labels, Cyrillic content, product codes and tables should be part of the test set. A control that works with a short English placeholder may clip once the approved content arrives. Text resizing and narrow screens need enough room for the actual message.
Review with people as well as tools
Automated checks can identify certain errors; they cannot establish that every visitor understands a process. We combine tools with task walkthroughs and record the devices and assistive interactions checked. Formal accessibility certification or a legal opinion is a separate professional scope.
Bring the routes customers struggle with and any support reports you can share safely. The W3C evaluation guidance explains why evaluation uses more than automated tools. For a larger content and navigation change, see website redevelopment.
