Find out what your existing application needs next.

Get a clear account of a recurring failure, missing access or fragile workflow before committing to a rebuild.

Begin with the symptom and the people affected

A report that times out, an order that disappears or a login that fails intermittently each needs different evidence. We ask for the steps, timing and business consequence, then inspect the relevant application paths within the access you authorise. Sensitive examples can be redacted.

An initial investigation may cover code structure, dependencies, deployment steps, logs, backups and the exact failing task. The outcome is a practical explanation of findings, uncertainty and repair options. We distinguish a verified cause from a plausible lead.

Protect the work that already functions

Reproducing the issue away from production helps separate a proposed fix from a risky experiment. We identify the records and third-party connections the change could affect. A repair should have a clear check for the original symptom and a review of adjacent behaviour.

Leave the next operator better prepared

Where agreed, we document how to run, release and recover the application, and which accounts belong to your organisation. Unavailable source code or a vendor restriction may limit the work; those limits should be visible before a larger commitment is made.

Bring the error message, a description of the last known working behaviour and an inventory of the access you control. If the application is healthy but its screens are difficult to use, a performance and accessibility review may be a better fit.
