Prepare the Serbian content, account and operating decisions together

A project brief needs more than a list of pages to translate. It should explain the customer task, the information the business is willing to publish and the people who can resolve a question when the software cannot. Those decisions become especially visible when a Serbian customer journey continues through an English provider interface or an internal team working different hours.

Use this planning page to organise those dependencies before a platform or release date becomes a commitment.

Identify the customer decision and the receiving task

Choose a representative request. A fabricator's customer may provide material, request a particular finish and attach a drawing. The receiving colleague needs to understand all three before deciding what can be estimated. A product page that collects only a part number may not support that task.

Write the intended result in terms the business can inspect. Include the unanswered state: the buyer may not know which material or finish is appropriate. The system should let that uncertainty reach the person qualified to discuss it rather than assign an invented specification.

Identify where each answer is held today. An email may explain a fact that is absent from the order system, while a technical drawing may have a separate owner and revision history. The first scope should state which relationships it will preserve.

Decide which language editions are actually needed

Name the audience for Serbian Latin, Serbian Cyrillic and English content. Separate a complete customer journey from a translated introduction that leads to material in another language. Links should make the destination understandable, especially for specifications, provider pages and later support.

Your nominated reviewer approves language, terminology and the offer being described. Technical implementation covers the agreed publication structure and behaviour. Normal project discussion is in English unless another arrangement is agreed; customer-facing language and technical collaboration should not be conflated.

Include short interface text in the review. Labels, errors, options and confirmation messages can change the meaning of a task even when the main paragraph is accurate. The content-loading guide provides a worked example of approved words changing type before publication.

Confirm the actual provider arrangement

For payment acceptance, identify the merchant, provider account, supported method and permitted test facility. The National Bank of Serbia's online IPS guidance describes coordination with an acquiring bank. It is a starting point for that conversation, not confirmation that a particular merchant or implementation is ready.

Electronic invoicing similarly needs the applicable current documentation and a finance owner who can approve document treatment. Technical acceptance, business acceptance and professional compliance are different conclusions. Keep the responsible adviser involved where the scope depends on those distinctions.

Make data and accessibility responsibilities practical

Record the accounts your organisation controls, the access required for development and how that access will end. Agree what information is collected, who can retrieve it, the retention and deletion decisions, and the recovery process. Cross-border access and other privacy obligations need the appropriate responsible advice.

For accessibility, identify the tasks and audience conditions to examine: keyboard product selection, readable labels, understandable errors and layouts with approved text. A narrow-screen walkthrough should include the actual content rather than short placeholders. Automated checks support that review; they do not establish every person's experience.

Plan the handover across working hours

Name the reviewer for content, the operator for the receiving workflow and the technical maintainer. State when a live decision is needed and which questions can be reviewed asynchronously. A deadline should identify its time zone and the event it refers to, such as receipt, review or release.

The file-intake guide shows why source modification time and receipt time cannot be substituted for one another. The same discipline helps a team avoid assigning responsibility from an ambiguous timestamp.

Conclude the brief with a first delivery, contrary examples and unresolved dependencies. Use the release planner to choose the next preparation conversation, then bring the resulting questions to the project discussion.
